Alex Gabrielli is an award winning commercial and film director based in Los Angeles, California. Alex’s fascination with movement combined with his passion for storytelling permeates his work, giving it a distinctive artist’s fingerprint. Alex is a technically gifted vfx artist and often employs his magical skills to push the boundaries of the surreal to create captivating imagery.

Alex received his Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Choreography from University of California, Riverside and completed his Master’s Degree in Feature Film Production at the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts. Since then, he has created numerous visually dynamic pieces, such as his award-winning dance film EVOKE. In conjunction with a number of commercial projects, Alex is currently developing a feature film that is scheduled to begin pre-production summer of 2020.

Alex has recently worked with and on projects for globally leading brands like Amgen, Novartis, Johnson and Johnson, Ring Video Doorbell and more. He always brings his passion for narrative storytelling and visually-rich style to push the boundaries of what is possible when only limited by the imagination.
